About the administrator and data processing

In TELBUD S.A. we care about information security, which is reflected, among others, in adapting our activities to the requirements of the information security management system compliant with the ISO 27001 standard.

GDPR

In connection with the entry into force of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), we have adapted our information protection mechanisms to the requirements of the GDPR.

Personal data

Protecting the privacy of people we work with is very important to us. Personal data obtained as part of the implementation of our operational processes are processed in a confidential manner and in accordance with the law.

Please be advised that we do not obtain personal data via our websites (such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses), unless:

you have voluntarily provided us with the above data or
if you have consented to the above, or
the relevant legal provisions on the protection of personal data allow it.

Moreover, TELBUD S.A. declares that it does not make automated decisions in individual cases, does not perform automated processing of personal data, including profiling.

Purpose and basis

Registered in TELBUD S.A. personal data is used by us (or third parties acting on our behalf) to achieve our common business purposes (e.g. answering your inquiries, executing concluded contracts and orders, providing you with information and presenting offers) and is processed primarily on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, i.e. based on the necessity of processing for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party.

We use and process the personal data obtained from you only for the purposes for which you have been informed, except where the collection, processing and use of personal data:

takes place for the purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose for which these data were obtained,
it is required for the preparation, negotiation and performance of the contract concluded or concluded with you,
it is required due to the existence of a legal obligation or in connection with a request received from authorized bodies,
it is necessary to protect legal claims against TELBUD S.A. including participation by TELBUD S.A. in court cases as a defendant.

Processing time

Your personal data will be processed by TELBUD S.A. for the period necessary to implement the legitimate interests of TELBUD S.A., referred to above.

Rights

Each of your right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if the processing takes place on the basis of consent ) which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by making a written declaration to the controller of your data. Personal data will be deleted by the administrator after he has revoked consent to their storage and use if the operations on personal data are based solely on your consent to their processing. In cases of exercising rights or obligations resulting from a legal provision or when it is related to the performance of a contract with TELBUD S.A. will still be entitled to process your personal data.

Everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the field of personal data protection, if they believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016;
