A complete integrating system with CNBOP-PIB certification
net

ARGUS SIUP is a CNBOP-PIB-certified PSIM-class system that integrates fire protection installations and technical security systems into one coherent system. ARGUS SIUP integrates systems for both a single facility and multiple distributed facilities spread over a large area.

The system is complete, meaning its components allow for the construction of integrated fire safety management systems without the need for additional non-certified devices (e.g., servers, switches, etc.). Thanks to its distributed network architecture and scalable software, which can grow alongside user needs, ARGUS SIUP provides continuous monitoring, automated control, and full management of fire and technical security.

What ARGUS SIUP integrates
ARGUS_SIUP_joints

The ARGUS SIUP fire protection equipment integrating system combines into a single system, among others:

  • fire alarm systems (FAS),
  • voice alarm systems (VAS),
  • fixed fire extinguishing systems,
  • smoke and heat control and fire ventilation systems,
  • gravity smoke extraction systems and fire compartmentation elements (doors, curtains, gates),
  • firefighting lifts for rescue teams,
  • emergency and evacuation lighting,
  • CO and LPG detection systems,
  • other installations activated or controlled in the event of a fire alarm.

Additionally, ARGUS SIUP enables the integration of technical security systems: CCTV, Access Control System (ACS), Intrusion Detection System (IDS), as well as the supervision of power, communication, HVAC, or BMS infrastructure. As a result, the operator sees a complete picture of the situation and makes appropriate decisions faster in emergency situations.

For which facilities ARGUS SIUP is intended
safe_secure

ARGUS SIUP was designed for facilities where safety is critical, and regulatory and operational requirements are extremely high.

The system is particularly suited for:

  • shopping centers, office buildings, and multi-functional complexes,
  • industrial plants, high-bay warehouses,
  • critical infrastructure and public utility facilities,
  • campuses, logistics parks, and geographically distributed facilities.

Thanks to its ability to operate in remote monitoring centers and handle any number of signals, ARGUS SIUP naturally scales from a single building to a nationwide network of facilities.

Benefits for the user
ssp

Comprehensive fire safety management

A single platform for monitoring, controlling, and documenting actions across all security subsystems.

Full scalability and flexible architecture

The system can operate with a single server, in redundant configurations, or as a multi-server hierarchical structure with concentrators at facilities and a central station monitoring the entire organization.

Advanced visualization and operator ergonomics

Vector maps and synoptic screens, multi-monitor operation, video walls, alarm lists, event logs, and integrated CCTV views support rapid identification and verification of events.

Cybersecurity and access control

A dedicated SIUP LAN network, TLS-encrypted communication, support for hardware encryption modules, serial port servers with encrypted transmission, as well as login mechanisms, password policies, user permissions, and master operator workflows increase system resistance to abuse and attacks.

Reliability and real-time operation

Redundant servers, distributed telemechanics in concentrators, data buffering in the event of a communication loss, and real-time operation with high time resolution ensure stable performance even under harsh conditions.

ARGUS PSIM software - the heart of the system
ARGUS_interface

ARGUS SIUP is based on proprietary ARGUS PSIM software, developed by TELBUD SA using Microsoft .NET technology, incorporating ASP.NET, Blazor, WebAPI, and SignalR, among others.

The platform operates on a client-server architecture, utilizes a PostgreSQL database with the Timescale extension, and allows simultaneous multi-operator workflows on desktop workstations.

The server application operates unattended, handling tasks such as archiving, backup creation, database maintenance and restoration, as well as supervising communication with field devices.

The visualization application presents facility status through maps, synoptic screens, and event lists, enabling alarm handling procedure management and system configuration by authorized users.

Hardware and system architecture

ARGUS SIUP utilizes certified enclosures equipped with a complete set of power, communication, and protection devices, forming a coherent, redundant SIUP LAN network. The system includes, among others:

  • central unit enclosures ZJC (system servers),
  • certified client stations ZSK,
  • operator terminals ZTO,
  • interface concentrators ZKI providing local data acquisition and information buffering,
  • communication device enclosures ZUK (switches, LTE/Wi-Fi routers, media converters, serial port servers, encryption modules),
  • remote input/output module enclosures ZMW (e.g., DCM 100 series) for hardwired integration and line continuity monitoring.

System components are individually designed for each installation to tailor configuration, redundancy, and expansion capabilities to the facility's specifics and the end user's requirements.
