Cooperation with the Border Guard
On December 9, 2022, we signed a contract with the Border Guard to design and build an electronic barrier on the border with Russia. Consisting of a system of devices, software, and ICT components, the barrier is intended to ensure the detection and identification of threats and perpetrators. The electronic barrier is also designed to help collect evidence and enable actions aimed at detaining perpetrators.

Start of work and activation of the electronic barrier on the Polish-Russian border
We began construction of the electronic barrier on the Polish-Russian border on April 18, 2023. Initial work focused on installing camera poles and laying power and transmission cables. Concurrently, we carried out the construction of the Monitoring Center at the Border Guard regional unit in Kętrzyn, which plays a critical role in the 24/7 operation of the system. It is right here that data from numerous cameras and sensors deployed along the border is collected and analyzed.

On August 10, 2023, we completed the installation of all telecommunication containers, which integrate individual systems along each section of the border. By this date, we had also installed nearly all camera poles. We laid network and transmission cables, installed detection cables, and mounted the cameras.

The nearly 200-kilometer section of the electronic barrier on the Polish-Russian border was activated on October 13, 2023. President Andrzej Duda attended the opening of the Border Guard monitoring center in Kętrzyn and the launching of the barrier.
Modernization of the electronic barrier on the Polish border with Belarus
On July 5, 2024, we signed a contract with the Border Guard to modernize the state border protection on the land border section with the Republic of Belarus. The work related to modernizing the electronic barrier along the existing technical fence in the Podlaskie Voivodeship was completed on March 30, 2025. The monitoring center for the barrier is located at the headquarters of the Podlaskie Regional Unit of the Border Guard in Białystok.

The modernization covered a 206 km land section of the border. As part of the project, the ARGUS PSIM-class integration software, produced and developed in-house, was utilized. The functions of the barrier include:
- detecting all events related to border crime,
- automated and effective monitoring as well as protection of the state border,
- detection and identification of threats.

The execution of the electronic barrier modernization included:
- installation of additional cameras for observing the outer side of the barrier,
- application of LED lamps to illuminate the technical road,
- addition of camera points at culverts,
- utilization of a positioning system for verifying "friend or foe" alarms,
- an artificial intelligence mechanism for classifying alarms from fiber-optic detection cables.
The result of the work is a recorded 98% effectiveness in stopping illegal border crossing attempts.
Video presenting the modernized electronic barrier on the Polish border with Belarus
Shots for the video presenting the modernized electronic barrier on the land section of the Polish border with Belarus, taken from the ground and by drone, were produced in early July 2025. The video premiered at the company's exhibition booth during the 33rd International Defence Industry Exhibition in Kielce.
